To make it easier for consumers to find out how much a medical procedure will cost in advance, shop for better prices, and receive part of the savings earned, his Right to Shop Bill (SB 96 by Sen Cary Smith, R – Billings) has passed 2nd reading in the Montana Senate. Most Republicans voted yes, most Democrats voted no.
